Aaron Terry - Iowa Western
Defensive Line / Recruiting Coordinator
Coach Terry enters his 10th season at Iowa Western Community College, where he has built #DLineU into one of the premier defensive line development programs in junior college football.
Over the course of his coaching career:
51 defensive linemen signed with Division I programs
20 All Americans
10 players have gone on to play professionally

Coach Terry’s defensive fronts have consistently ranked among the most dominant in the country. Iowa Western has appeared in the last 5 National Championship games and has won 3 National Championships, including last season and back-to-back titles in 2022 and 2023.
This past season, Iowa Western led all of college football with 74 sacks while finishing Top 5 nationally in rushing defense on the way to another National Championship.
Over the last four seasons, Iowa Western defenses have totaled more than 227 sacks while developing a reputation for relentless effort, elite pass rush production, and championship standards.
Nathan Turner - Morningside
Co-Defensive Coordinator / Defensive Line
Coach Turner has been a key part of one of the most dominant programs in NAIA football, serving as Co-Defensive Coordinator at Morningside University since 2011. He previously coached outside linebackers from 2007–2013 before taking over the defensive line in 2014.
During his time at Morningside, Coach Turner has helped lead the Mustangs to 3 NAIA National Championships (2018, 2019, 2021) while consistently developing elite defensive line play.
Under Coach Turner’s leadership:
11 All-American selections
20 All-Conference selections
2 GPAC Defensive Players of the Year
Coach Turner also coached DE Niklas Gustav, who was drafted by the BC Lions in the CFL Global Draft and finished his career as Morningside’s all-time sack leader with 26.5 career sacks..
Tyrell Everett - Pittsburg State
Assistant Head Coach / Co-Defensive Coordinator
Coach Everett is in his fifth season at Pittsburg State and was elevated to Assistant Head Coach / Co-Defensive Coordinator heading into the 2025 season. Since arriving at Pitt State, he has helped develop one of the top defensive units in NCAA Division II football.
Under Coach Everett’s leadership, the Gorillas led the MIAA in sacks with 40 during the 2025 season while ranking among the top defenses in the country.
Over the course of his coaching career, Coach Everett has developed:

3 NCAA Division II All-Americans
Multiple high-level pass rushers

TJ Martin - Millard South
Defensive Line Coach
Coach Martin brings 27 years of defensive line coaching experience, including 17 years at Millard South High School and 10 years at Omaha North High School. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing tough, disciplined, and highly productive defensive linemen while helping lead programs to 3 State Championships.
Over the course of his coaching career:
14 defensive linemen have earned All-Nebraska or Super State honors
10 former players are currently competing at the collegiate level (5 Division I • 4 Division II • 1 Junior College)
This past season, Millard South finished as back-to-back Nebraska Class A State Champions and ranked Top 25 nationally. Coach Martin’s defensive line unit delivered dominant production in just 11 games:

The #DLineU Pass Rush Summit Coaches Clinic is a two-day coaching experience built for high school coaches, college coaches, graduate assistants, and defensive line specialists who are committed to developing elite defensive linemen, building championship culture, and creating dominant pass rush systems.
Friday Night – Coaches Clinic
Friday night will feature four high-level coaches speaking on key areas of defensive line development, practice structure, pass rush planning, and building a championship defensive culture.

Saturday shifts from the meeting room to the field.
Coaches will have the opportunity to observe the #DLineU Pass Rush Summit Camp featuring current NFL players, FBS defensive linemen, and some of the top high school and college recruits in the Midwest.
Athletes will work through a detailed pass rush curriculum designed and led by Coach Aaron Terry. The camp will include position-specific drills, hand combat progressions, pass rush moves and counters, competitive drills, and live instruction.
This is a unique opportunity to learn proven drills, teaching progressions, and player development systems while also evaluating top defensive line talent and networking with coaches from multiple levels of football.
