Welcome to the #DLineU Pass Rush Summit (“Event,” “Camp,” “Clinic,” “#DLineU,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for or attending any #DLineU camp, clinic, or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
Registration is considered complete only after payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been received.
All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Available spots may be limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to close registration at any time due to capacity limitations.
2. Refund Policy
All registrations are final.
Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event that #DLineU cancels the event.
If a participant is unable to attend due to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or any other personal circumstance, refunds will not be issued.
At the sole discretion of #DLineU, registration may be transferred to another participant or credited toward a future event.
Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event.
3. Event Changes & Cancellation
#DLineU reserves the right to:
Modify event schedules
Adjust session times
Change coaches, speakers, or instructors
Change locations if necessary
Modify camp structure due to weather, facility issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
No refunds will be issued for schedule changes.
If #DLineU cancels an event, participants may receive either:
A full refund, or
Credit toward a future #DLineU event
4. Participant Eligibility
Player Camp
Open to high school and college football players unless otherwise stated.
Coaches Clinic
Open to football coaches, trainers, and football professionals.
#DLineU reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not meet event requirements.
5. Conduct Policy
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner.
#DLineU reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for:
Disruptive behavior
Unsafe conduct
Harassment
Fighting
Use of drugs or alcohol
Failure to follow staff instructions
Removal decisions are final.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in football-related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Physical contact
Falls
Collisions
Muscle strains
Concussions
Serious injury
By registering, participants acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Separate liability waivers may also be required.
7. Medical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for determining they are physically able to participate.
Participants (or parent/guardian if under 18) authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.
Participants are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
8. Media Release
By attending the event, participants grant #DLineU permission to photograph, film, record, and use their image, likeness, name, voice, and performance for promotional, educational, recruiting, and marketing purposes.
This includes use on:
Websites
Social media
Promotional graphics
Video content
Advertising materials
No compensation will be provided.
9. Recruiting Disclaimer
Attendance at #DLineU events does not guarantee:
Scholarship offers
Recruiting opportunities
Team placement
Professional opportunities
Evaluation and recruiting decisions remain solely at the discretion of individual coaching staffs.
10. Intellectual Property
All #DLineU training materials, coaching systems, drill progressions, presentations, videos, and educational content remain the exclusive property of #DLineU.
Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, #DLineU, its coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, facilities, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation in any event.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
